GM Lalit Babu won the tournament with one to spare when he drew against GM Lev Yankelevich (GER) in the penultimate eighth round. He maintained a 1.5 point lead heading into the final round. Even a loss in the final round would not have allowed anyone to match his score. He drew against IM Jakub Pulpan (CZE) to become champion 8/9. GM Iniyan P defeated GM Peter Michalik (CZE) to finish third 7/9

It was organized by AVE-Kontakt s.r.o., Pardubice at Congress Center Ideon in Pardubice, Czech Republic on 19th and 20th July 2023. The time control of the event was 20 minutes + 10 seconds increment.
