26th Asian Youth R5: Narayani Umesh Marathe emerges sole leader with a perfect 5/5
Narayani Umesh Marathe won her fifth game in-a-row to emerge sole leader in Under-8 Girls at 26th Asian Youth 2024. She is now a full point ahead of the rest and will face her compatriot Nakshatra Gumudavelly in the sixth round. Under-10 Girls: Bijesh Divi drew her game against Alisa Genrietta Yunker to stay in the lead 4.5/5 each. Under-12 Open: Aadik Theophane Lenin shared the point with CM Ramtin Kakavand (IRI).
