19th Asian Games 2022 Team R4: Indian Men crush Kyrgyzstan 0.5-3.5

Kyrgyzstan got crushed by the Indian Men 0.5-3.5 in the fourth round of 19th Asian Games 2022. GM D Gukesh, GM Vidit Gujrathi and GM Pentala Harikrishna scored comfortable wins. Only GM Arjun Erigaisi was held to a draw by FM Ruslan Sezdbekov. India currently has a score of 7/8, a full point behind the sole leader Iran 8/8. Vietnam, Uzbekistan and China are at 5/8 each. Indian Women suffered their first loss of the event against China 1.5-2.5. GM Koneru Humpy, GM Harika Dronavalli and IM Vantika Agrawal drew their respective games. Only IM Vaishali suffered a loss against the former Women's World Champion, GM Zhongyi Tan. Indian Men will be facing the tournament leader Iran, while Women will go against Mongolia in Round 5.
