Gukesh - Liem

Position after 26...c5

Gukesh correctly found 27.d5 cxb4 28.dxe6 bxc3 29.exd7 cxb2 30.Kxb2 Rxd7 now White needed to ensure the a6-pawn does not drop easily, advancing the king and not immediately exchanging the rook would have been the best idea. 31.Rxd7 Nxd7 evaporated White's decisive advantage.
