Aayiu's first rating tournament victory of his career
Aayiu Atindrya Shetty and Mustafobek Abdugofurov (UZB) were coleaders 5.5/6 heading into the final round. Aayiu drew against Oscar Chenhao Zhong (GER) to become the champion. Mustafobek also drew versus Darsh Agarwal (GER) to finish second. Aakarshan Jena (GER) lost to Bruno Dankic (GER) and the latter secured third place.

Aayiu Atindrya Shetty scored an unbeaten 6/7, won the tournament on tie-breaks and gained 34.56 Elo rating points
A total of 27 players took part from Albania, Germany, India, Singapore, Turkiye and Uzbekistan. The four-day seven round Under-12 Rating tournament was organized by Richard Holzberger at Gymnasium Moosach in Munich, Germany from 9th to 12th June 2025. The time control of the event was 60 minutes + 30 seconds increment from move no.1.
