GM Leon Luke Mendonca drew with GM Volodar Murzin in Round 6 to maintain his lead at 30th Abu Dhabi Masters 2024. GM Raunak Sadhwani and GM Pranav V defeated GM Bharath Subramaniyam H and GM Klementy Sychev respectively to join the leaders. GM Aravindh Chithambaram defeated Tong Xiao (CHN) to reduce the gap. GM Adhiban B drew with GM S L Narayanan to stay in the hunt. IM-elect FM Goutham Krishna H bounced back with a win over GM Lorenzo Lodici (ITA). Murzin, GM Nodirbek Yakubboev (UZB), GM David Paravyan, Pranav, Leon, Raunak and GM Shamsiddin Vokhidov (UZB) are the seven players at 5/6 each.
