Poland, India and Philippines - all three teams registered convincing victories in the third round to be in a three-way lead. Philippines and Poland will clash against each other in the fourth round while Hungary will take on India.

IM Shashikant Kutwal (2182), Kishan Gangolli (2059) and Naveen Kumar A (2014) won against GM Yehuda Gruenfeld (2414), FM Alexey Streltsov (2317) and WFM Aleksandra Aleksandrova (1701) respectively. Darpan Inani (2016) suffered sole loss against IM Andrei Gurbanov (2275).
