Complete standings

Aradhya's three wins against GMs

Aradhya's first win against a GM at the event came against former World Junior Champion Nogerbek Kazybek

GM Pranav Anand was the second GM casualty at the hands of Aradhya

To win on demand against a player of Arkadij Naiditsch's calibre, that too in the final round, is never easy!

What stands out in all three games is that Aradhya dominated the game right from start until the end. With this performance he has already climbed to 2454 Elo. We are pretty sure that he will soon reach 2500 Elo and become India's next GM. Who knows maybe 100th! :)

Kind hearted Aradhya

Aradhya is not just a strong player but also very kind hearted. He loves to teach chess and often spends his time teaching kids from lesser privileged backgrounds.

Aradhya is also the regular trainer of Vaibhav Gautam, who is one of India's top physically challenged players.
