विश्व चैंपियनशिप -रोमांचक ड्रॉ ,कर्जाकिन को बढ़त
न्यू यॉर्क में चल रही विश्व शतरंज चैंपियनशिप का नवां राउंड एक नया रोमांच लेकर आया जैसा की सभी को उम्मीद थी । पिछले राउंड में हारकर पीछे हुए मौजूदा विश्व चैम्पियन मेगनस कार्लसन के लिए निश्चित तौर पर पिछली दो राते थोड़ी मुश्किल रही होंगी और 9वे राउंड में एक समय तो ऐसा लगा की कार्लसन ये मुक़ाबला हार भी सकते है और कर्जाकिन एक अपराजेय बढ़त पर पहुँच सकते है पर किसी तरह कार्लसन इस हार को टालने में कामयाब रहे । अब सिर्फ तीन राउंड बाकी है अगर तीनों मैच ड्रॉ रहे तो कर्जाकिन अगले विश्व चैम्पियन होंगे ,अगर दो ड्रॉ भी हुए तो मैच टाईब्रेक में जाएगा ,कार्लसन को खिताब जीतने के लिए कम से कम दो मैच जीतने होंगे जो मौजूदा लय में थोड़ा मुश्किल नजर आ रहा है ।

न्यू यॉर्क में चल रही मौजूदा विश्व शतरंज चैम्पियन नॉर्वे के मेगनस कार्लसन और रूस के सेरजी कर्जाकिन के बीच चल रही विश्व शतरंज चैंपियनशिप के नौवें राउंड का मुक़ाबला बराबरी पर छूट गया । शुरुआत के 7 मैच ड्रॉ रहने के बाद आठवे राउंड में कार्लसन को कर्जाकिन के हाथो हार झेलनी पड़ी थी और इसीलिए एक दिन के विश्राम के बाद हुए इस मैच में दुनिया भर की नजर थी हर कोई सोच रहा था की कार्लसन जीत के लिए कुछ नया प्रयोग करेंगे ।और काले मोहरो से खेल रहे कार्लसन ने कोशिश की भी पर जैसा की उनका इस प्रतियोगिता में प्रदर्शन रहा है उस लिहाज से उन पर भारी दवाब था । आज एक बार फिर मैच राय लोपेज ओपेनिंग से शुरू हुआ
छठी चाल में अरचंगेल वेरिएसन अपनाकर कार्लसन ने अपनी तैयारी दिखाई तो कर्जाकिन को चौंकाने की कोशिश भी की
चौंथी चाल में घोड़े के बाहर आते ही बर्लिन ओपनिंग नहीं होगी यह तय हो गया था
इसमें अपने एक प्यादे को कुरबान करके काले मोहरो से सफ़ेद पर दबाव बनाने की कोशिश की जाती है इसमें सफ़ेद के राजा की तरफ दो प्यादे एक ही पंक्ति में आ जाते है जिससे उसके प्यादे ज्यादा होने के बाद भी कमजोर नजर आते है
पर कर्जाकिन इससे प्रभावित नजर नहीं आए और उन्होने अपने दो ऊंट ,दो हाथी और रानी का खेल में शानदार इस्तेमाल कर स्थिति को लगातार नियंत्रित रखा
जल्द ही ये साफ था की मैच के दो ही परिणाम हो सकते है पहला कार्लसन की हार या फिर ड्रॉ ,स्थिति कुछ इस तरह थी की सफ़ेद की कमजोरी का फायदा उठाना मुश्किल नजर आ रहा था और काले का एक प्यादा कम होना और सफ़ेद के दो ऊंट ,स्थिति कर्जाकिन के पक्ष में झुका रहे थे
कर्जाकिन थोड़ा अजीब लग रही चाल हाथी को h4 पर ले गए पर e4 के प्यादे को बचाने का यह तरीका शायद कार्लसन नहीं सोच पाये थे
दोनों ही खिलाड़ी लगातार अच्छी चालें चल रहे थे और खेल बहुत ही जटिल स्थिति में था जहां मोहरो के स्थान और उनके कार्य लगातार बदल रहे थे ऐसे में एक बार फिर कार्लसन उम्दा लय में नजर नहीं आए और 33वीं चाल में हाथी की थोड़ी कमजोर चाल चल गए और 38वीं चाल में पुनः उनकी तरफ से घोड़े की एक गलत चाल आई जिससे कर्जाकिन को उनके राजा पर आक्रमण करने का एक अच्छा मौका मिला
पर कर्जाकिन इसे पूरी तरह भुना नहीं पाये हालांकि उन्होने अपना ऊंट कुर्बान करते हुए खेल को थोड़ा रोचक बनाने की कोशिश की पर यह उन्हे जीत दिलाने के लिए काफी नहीं रहा जल्द ही खेल में सिर्फ रानी और ऊंट थे और कार्लसन के पास 2 प्यादे तो कर्जाकिन के पास तीन प्यादे थे पर खेल में कोई भी जीतने की स्थिति में नहीं था ।
काफी देर तक कोशिश करने के बाद 74 चाल के बाद मैच ड्रॉ पर समाप्त हुआ
कभी कभी आप बेहतर होकर भी नहीं जीत पाते
जहां कर्जाकिन मैच खेलते वक्त शांत तो कार्लसन उदविग्न नजर आ रहे है ऐसे में उन्हे जीतने के लिए शांत रहते हुए बिना दबाव के खेलना होगा । पिछले मैच में वह अपनी भावनाओ पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाये थे और पत्रकार वार्ता से बिना बात किए उठकर चले गए थे ।
