It was a ten-day nine round Rating Open tournament, organized by ONK Dieren Foundation at Sports hall at Cultureel Centrum Theothorne in Dieren, Netherlands from 25th July to 3rd August 2023. Rest day was on 30th July 2023. The time control of the event was 40 moves in 90 minutes, followed by 30 minutes extra time + an increment of 30 seconds from start.
