JDCA invites trainers to teach in Jaffna, Sri Lanka
Jaffna District Chess Association invites trainers having the rating above 2200, or IM and GMs. The trainers will be given Air tickets from Tamil Nadu to Jaffna and back, full board meals and accommodation during their stay and a guided tour of the significant places in Jaffna. The aim is to conduct this program on a monthly basis, engaging different trainers from India each month to ensure a sustained and progressive learning environment and opportunity for the chess enthusiasts in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Trainers must have rating above 2200 or IM/GM title

Proposal details
We are looking for trainers who meet the following criteria: FIDE rating over 2200 or holding the title of International Master (IM) or Grandmaster (GM). In return for their expertise and time, we offer the following:
1. Air tickets from Tamil Nadu to Jaffna and back.
2. Full board meals and accommodation during their stay in Jaffna.
3. A guided tour of significant places in Jaffna.
Program frequency
Our aim is to conduct this program on a monthly basis, engaging different trainers from India each month. This continuous effort will ensure a sustained and progressive learning environment for chess enthusiasts in Jaffna.
Purpose
This initiative is part of our broader mission to popularize chess in our community and provide local players with access to high-quality coaching, which is often scarce in our region.
