Savitha Shri fights back in a nerve-wracking draw against Arabidze

Savitha Shri, playing Black, looked to be in serious trouble against Meri Arabidze in the final round of the 46th FIDE Chess Olympiad. But what followed was an incredible fightback.

Savitha turned the position around and suddenly gave India fresh hope in the medal race. The game then went into a nerve-wracking endgame, with both players having to make difficult decisions about whether to push for a win or settle for a draw.

After a long and tense battle, the game eventually ended in a draw. Savitha showed tremendous fighting spirit to save the game and keep India's hopes alive.

With this result, India and Georgia drew 2–2.
