Shubham clinches with a round to spare, Four Indians in top ten
Shubham Shukla defeated Muhammad Shayan Noushad Ibrahim in the eighth round to become a clear champion. He was on 8/8, Naziraliev Kilichbek (UZB) and Al Balushi Emad (OMA) were trailing by 1.5 points. Shubham drew his final round game against Sean Adrich Obado (PHI) as the final round result was immaterial towards his first place finish.
