A 30-second video that gives you a background of what Mystic Wealth is all about

A few days ago, we received an email from Manish Dhawan, the founder-partner of Mystic Wealth showing keen interest in instituting a scholarship for a talented chess player that would boost his/her chess career. Speaking to ChessBase India, he said, "ChessBase India is doing some pioneer work in promoting chess In India. From an obscure game a few years ago, it has started to become a household passion, all thanks to painstaking work of promotion and coverage done by Sagar Shah and his team. Government can do only so much; this bridge needs to be filled by private players. Instead of watching from sidelines, we decided to jump in and do our bit. Hopefully this Rs.1,50,000 will help some talented chess player in fulfilling his short term goals."

Manish was taught chess by his father and now he is carrying on the tradition by teaching his son chess. "My interest went dormant over the years but post-covid and after watching ChessBase India videos, the fire has been rekindled. I actively follow Gothamchess, Agadmator, Eric Rosen and Sagar Shah." Manish and Mystic Wealth will look to increase the amount of scholarship in the coming years!
