61st National Championship R2: Rishideep Bordoloi and Shadhursshaan draw with GMs

The top ten seeds have made a perfect start at 61st National Championship 2024. They all have won their respective games. Rishideep Bordoloi (ASM) and CM Shadhursshaan R (TN) drew with GM Neelotpal Das (PSPB) and GM Laxman R R (RSPB) respectively. 13-year-old Abhinav Raj (DEL) put up a good fight against GM Pa Iniyan (TN). The teenager made an incorrect decision in a balanced rook and bishop endgame which cost him the game. Dinesh Kumar Jaganathan (TN), Sumit Grover (JK) and Aarav Saish Amonkar (KAR) drew with IM Ajay Karthikeyan (TN), IM Sammed Shete (MAH) and IM Rahul Sangma (RSPB) respectively.
