We donated ten chess sets to the Cheers Foundation and we were amazed to see the curiosity in the youngsters to learn chess. Some of them even knew how to solve mate in one and two problems while others were curious enough to know how the knight moves.

The smiling faces while learning how powerful the queen is to solving chess problems, you could see the joy of learning across the room. And of course we also played some fun games while we got some time in between, there’s no stopping that.

The sparkling interest in these kids motivates us to visit them more often and share our knowledge with them and with partners like Gift of chess, Ambit, Tribe64 Chess, and the wonderful volunteers to join us everyday, possibilities are endless.
