CircleChess Bullet Bash 2.0: Online Chess Tournament with a ₹1,00,000 Prize Pool Returns - Registration Open!
After a successful first event, CircleChess is back with the 2nd edition of Bullet Bash, an online bullet chess tournament, with a prize pool of ₹1,00,000 given across the top 200 finishers! CircleChess is a pioneering chess startup dedicated to revolutionizing the chess ecosystem and have already built a 10000+, very strong player community in India. The Bullet Bash tournament is scheduled for January 16th, 2024, from 8 PM to 9 PM. Featuring some of the best and top players of the country, it’s a great opportunity to battle them while also having a chance to win a part of the pie!
This adrenaline-fueled event will bring together some of India's top-titled players and offer a compelling prize pool of ₹1,00,000, making it one of the biggest bullet tournaments organized in the country. A string of titled players graced the 1st edition, GM Raunak Sadhwani being the top seed, and GM Diptayan Ghosh finished first with a top prize of ₹15,000. The CircleChess Bullet Bash 2.0 will be organized on Lichess, and the format will be a 1+0 Bullet Arena. This fast-paced format will test the players' skills, and ability to adapt to rapidly changing game situations. The tournament will feature a diverse range of participants, including Grandmasters, International Masters, and aspiring chess enthusiasts, all vying for a share of the impressive prize pool. The first-place winner will take home a grand prize of ₹15,000, while the top 200 players will receive prizes for their outstanding performances.
What’s the cherry on the cake, you ask? All the participants will get a webinar invite by GM RB Ramesh, recent Dronacharya awardee, as well as a free personalized chess assessment by the upcoming CircleChess Learning platform. The webinar post the 1st edition was hosted by GM Swayams Mishra on “How to Avoid Blunders?” It had great attendance and was very well received by the players.
For the uninitiated, CircleChess is a startup founded by chess enthusiasts and tech experts with a mission to transform the chess ecosystem and make the game more accessible and engaging for everyone.
