11-Year-Old Vickash S Dominates 2nd Warrior Chess Academy Below 1650 Classical 2026
11-year-old Vickash S dominated the field at Warrior Chess Academy's 2nd FIDE Rated Open Chess Tournament for Below 1650. Vickash scored an unbeaten 8.5/9 points to win the tournament. 13 players scored 7.5/9 points to finish in 2nd to 14th places according to tiebreak scores. The tournament was organised by Warrior Chess Academy & Capa Chess Academy from 25th to 27th April 2026 at the Hall of Chess, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai. Vickash's 1st Triumph of his Career
Vickash finished a clear point ahead of the field after playing tremendous chess. In the last round, he was co-leading with Joshua Sudhan S with 7.5/8 points and defeated him to clinch the title.
